Questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 30 days with 2,000 photos, 1 store and 5 Managers and Clerks. Choose a plan any time to keep going.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your data stays. Staff can’t use the app until an Org Admin chooses a plan, which they can do from the console at any point.
What counts as a photo?
Each shelf photo the app keeps during a walk. It skips blurry and repeated views on its own, so only useful photos count.
Can people work at more than one store?
Yes. Give someone access at several stores and they switch between them in the app.
Who can scan?
Managers always can. For Clerks, each store chooses: search only, join a walk a Manager started, or start walks themselves, and Managers can change it for one person.
Which phones does it run on?
Goluk’s capture and search app is for Android. Admins and Managers use the web console from any browser.
Is our data kept apart from other stores?
Every organization’s data is separated in the database itself, and each organization signs in with its own Org code.
